Log in and click Courses => click Edit Course to add content => complete all required checklists => navigate to the Publish tab and click Publish.
How do I delete a course?
Log in and go to Courses => click Edit Course => delete each lesson first, then delete the course.
Can I duplicate a course?
Yes! You can create multiple versions of the same course.
What types of lessons can I create?
You can create Video lessons, Rich-text lessons, Digital downloads, Audio lessons, Quizzes, and Assignments
Can I evaluate my students?
Yes! You can assess students using quizzes and assignments. Students must pass based on the set criteria before they can complete the course.
Can I give my students certificates after completing a course?
Each course comes with a certificate functionality, allowing you to design and issue certificates upon course completion. Students can also generate digital badges to share on social media.
How do I create a certificate?
To create a certificate, log in to your website => go to Courses => Edit Course => navigate to the Certificate tab.
Can I preview my courses before I publish them?

How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in and go to Admin → My Account => scroll to Cancel Plan and click Cancel Plan.
How do I access my billing area?
Log in and go to Admin → My Account => scroll to My Invoices and click Sign in to Billing Area.
How do I change my currency?
Log in and go to Admin → General Settings → Currency => select your preferred currency.
Note: Stripe or PayPal must be active.
How do I change my language?
Log in and go to Admin → General Settings → Language Settings => choose a language and click Save.
Currently, we support 30 languages.
Can I change my login email?
No, but you can change your admin email for receiving student messages.
Student Management
How can I manually enroll students?
You can manually enroll students in two ways. You can add them as users and assign courses or add them to a group and share an invitation link to the group.
How can students reset their passwords?
Students can reset their passwords using this guide: How to reset password.
Can I limit students' access to courses?
You can set a time limit on course access. Once the time expires, students will lose access based on their purchase date.
Can I add admins to my school?
Yes, you can assign course admins and website admins.
My Manage Students' screen and Students' Certificates are not displaying their names. What do I do?
Students should log in to their dashboard => go to Settings => My Account =. update their name => Save Changes.
