How to cancel my plan

To cancel your plan on onlinecoursehost.com, login to your account => click Admin => on your left-hand side, click the drop-down for Settings => My Account => scroll down and click cancel plan.

When you click the cancel plan button, a page would be opened to confirm if you indeed want to cancel your plan and ask for your reason. 

Please note that this operation cannot be reversed, and it will unpublish any courses that you might currently have live.
