How to Setup a Custom Payment Button
In this article, we will discuss the process of customizing a tailored payment button for your course sales page.
Custom Payment Button
The default payment gateways that can be activated on the platform are Stripe and PayPal.
However, you can integrate a personalized external payment button to your platform by utilizing services like Razorpay, Woocommerce, Digistore 24, or even Instamojo, etc. to enhance the efficiency of the payment process for your customers.
The custom button will be displayed on your course sales page and is useful if you prefer not to utilize our integrated payment methods.
STEP 1:
Click the Custom Payment Button to open a new pop-up window where you can customize the payment button.
STEP 2:
Within the pop-up window, you can customize the payment button text, background color, button text color, and icon, as well as insert a link to your chosen external payment platform.
- Select either one of the color palettes to choose your preferred background and button text color.
- Click any of the available icons to choose your payment icon, and click the check box to indicate the position of the payment icon.
STEP 3:
After customizing your payment button, click the "Save Changes" button to apply your new settings.
You can disable the custom payment button anytime by toggling the Disable Button and clicking Save Changes.
Here is an example of how the custom payment button would appear from a student's point of view:
Note: The custom payment button can only be used to make one-time payments, and it will replace Stripe and PayPal if they have already been activated for one-time payments.
What happens when students pay via my custom payment link?
When students make a payment through the custom payment link, they are not automatically enrolled in the courses. Course creators have the option to create a group for these students, assign the course to the group, and generate an invitation link that allows the students to access the course.
