How to create a subscription coupon
A subscription coupon is a discount given to customers on all the products and services of a platform. This coupon code applies to all subscriptions on the platform, including recurring subscriptions.
To create a subscription coupon on your platform, kindly login to your account => click Admin => on your left-hand side, scroll down and click Subscription Coupons => then, click Create New Coupon.
On the next page, enter the following details:
- Confirm the billing cycle of your coupon code; either yearly or monthly.
- Confirm the number of times the coupon code can be redeemed.
- Enter the coupon code. Please note that this is mandatory.
- Enter a promotion title. This is also mandatory, and must not be more than 40 characters.
- Confirm if the coupon code would be based on a particular percentage off, or if it is a fixed price.
If the coupon code will be based on a percentage, enter the percentage you want to take off the original price, the number of coupons, the deadline for redemption, and save changes.
If the coupon code will be based on a fixed amount, enter the discounted amount the students will pay, the number of coupons, the deadline for redemption, and save changes.
How do I get a link to my subscription coupon?
You can always get a link to your subscription coupon on the “Subscription coupon” page by clicking the Get Link hypertext.
The subscription coupon page looks like the image below when your students make use of the link.
Can I delete or edit my already-created subscription coupon?
On the subscription coupon page, you can also edit the subscription coupon or turn it off entirely, using the slider and edit buttons to the right.
Please note that subscription coupons, once created, cannot be deleted.
How do I edit the details on my subscription coupon page?
To edit the other details on your subscription coupon page, log in to your account => on the menu bar, click Subscriptions => scroll down => click the pen icon to add your details => and save changes.
You can also scroll down to add more FAQs, or move the ones there in the order that you prefer.
