How to reset your custom domain name

After activating your custom domain name, you may get a new name and decide to replace the old one. 

In your account, you can reset the custom domain name and start the process of activating the new name again.

To reset your custom domain name, kindly log into your account and click Admin => by your left-hand side, click the drop-down for Settings => Domain Name => click Reset Domain.

When you click the button, you will get a prompt to confirm if you indeed want to reset the custom domain name. 

After the old domain name has been reset, wait for 10 minutes before proceeding to activate the new name.
