Legal documents as discussed in another article here we said are documents specific to your own website, viewable by your users in the "Legal Documents" section of the footer at the bottom of every page, and can be relied upon in court.
In this article, we will walk through how to upload legal documents on your site.
You can upload three types of legal documents in Onlinecoursehost:
- Terms of Service
- Privacy Policy
- Legal Disclosure
TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms of service (ToS) is a type of document stating details about what a service provider is responsible for, as well as user obligations that must be adhered to for the continuation of the service.
It is also a legal document website and app owners create to govern relationships between them and their customers or end-users.

PRIVACY POLICY

LEGAL DISCLOSURE

A Disclosure may be required if your website has access to external links, health information, fitness information, affiliate links, etc.
Uploading Legal Documents
In order for you to upload legal documents to your site, your Legal Documents should already be prepared in either DOC or PDF files.
Then proceed to your Onlinecoursehost account => click Admin => Settings => Navigation, and scroll down to Legal Documents.
Click on each legal document you would like to upload and select the Doc or Pdf file already saved on your device.
Once the upload is complete it will show as highlighted text ready to be downloaded and viewed by your students.
