How to manage enrollments in your course

The Enrollment Tab allows course creators to manage student access and monitor participation in their courses.

From this screen, you can view all active and inactive enrollments, making it easy to track student engagement.

You can also view each student's expiry date and manually enroll students into a course, giving you greater control over who has access and when.

To manage enrollments in your course, log in to your website, click Admin => Manage Students => click the student's name => and move to the Enrollments tab on the top menu. Below is the overview of a student's tab without a course enrollment.

When your students get access to a course, either by purchasing it, using a free coupon, or manually getting enrolled by you, their enrollments will show under this tab. This tab will then show if their access to the course is Active or Inactive.

Features of the Enrollment Tab

  • Active Enrollment: This means the student still has access to the course.
  • Progress Percentage: This shows under your course image in the enrollment tab, and it comes with color tags. The Red tag means the student has taken the course from 0% to below 75%. The Yellow tag means the student is above 75% but below 100%. The Green tag means the student has completed the course, and their progress is at 100%.
  • Enrollment Date: This will show the date that your student enrolled in the course. This date is shown for courses that were enrolled in before the Enrollments tab was created, which is 22nd July 2025. Dates before then will show as "Unknown"

  • Expiry Date: This will show the date the student's access will expire, if you have put a time limit on the course. As soon as the access expires, the enrollment will become inactive.
  • Certificate: This is a hyperlink that will display your student's certificate after they have completed the course. When you follow the link, it takes you to their digital certificate page, so you see the date they completed the certificate and other details.
  • Enroll Button: This button is used to give your students access to a course for free. To do this, click Enroll => select the course => and click Enroll again underneath the list of courses. You can also search for the course using the search bar.

Note: The Enroll button will not show when your student already has access to all the courses on your platform or is on a lifetime subscription.

  • Search Course: This button is used to search for courses, so that you can see your students' enrollments per course.
  • Expiry Date: This is used to search for your student's enrollments, using the expiry dates that you have on your courses.

Note: The Search Course and Expiry Date filters can work at the same time, if they are searching for the same course.

  • Bin Button: This is the unenrollment button. Clicking this button will automatically remove your student's access to a course.
  • Inactive Enrollment: This means that the student's access to the course has expired, or you have removed their access as the course creator.

Note: Kindly note that free courses and courses obtained through group invitation links will not show up under the Enrollments tab.
