How to activate your homepage

To activate your homepage on your platform, kindly login to your account => click Admin => by your left hand-side, click the drop-down for Settings => General => and Active Home Page. 

As soon as this has been activated, a menu tab titled HOME would be created on the header. 

Step 1: Upload a Background Banner

This is a mandatory image that has to be uploaded. It is the image that appears on your homepage when people log in to your account.

To upload your background banner, kindly login to your account => click Home => Edit Header => upload the image => and click Save.

The recommended dimensions are around 2048×1034 Pixels. It is recommended that you place the main elements of the design like a title or logo in the center of the image, as the sides will be cropped on the mobile.

Step 2: Add a Website Title

This could be the name of your platform/online school, and it would appear on your homepage background image. To do this, login to your account => click Home => and Edit Header => Website Title => add the necessary details, and save changes.

  • Add a website title. 
  • Choose a title color: The default color is White (#ffffff).
  • Change your font size: The default size is 30 pixels.

Step 3: Upload a Background Logo

This is the logo for your website and is optional. You can add the logo, and website title to your background banner so that every little detail would be in one place. 

To do this, login to your account => click Home => Edit Header => scroll down to upload the logo => and click Save.

Step 4: Add a Text Description

This text description enables you to give your students preview of your platform. There are three boxes where you can input little details of what your platform entails, and why students should sign up on your platform.

To do this, login to your account => click Home => scroll down, and hover your mouse on any of the three blocks of text description => add a headline title and description => and save changes.
