How to change your subdomain on onlinecoursehost.com

Generally, we do not recommend that you change your subdomain after you have uploaded your courses, as this could disrupt some links in the account. 

This change is recommended for new accounts. In this case, maybe the course creator made a mistake in the URL used when signing up for the plan.

To change your subdomain, kindly log into your account and click Admin => by your left-hand side, click the drop-down for Settings => Domain Name => scroll down to Edit Website URL => Input your new subdomain and click change Subdomain.

​Please note that only lowercase characters, numbers, or a dash (-) are allowed, spaces and other special characters are forbidden.

Note that changing the subdomain might block access to your website. Please make sure you understand this risk, as all old links pointing to the old subdomain will be broken.

Therefore, you will get a confirmation text when you click the link to ask you once again if you want to carry out the action.
