How to take notes in the course player
The Notes feature allows students to create and save notes directly in the course player as they progress through the course. Notes can be used to capture important points, reminders, questions, or key takeaways without leaving the lesson.
To help keep notes organized, students can also add tags, making it easier to find and review information later. This help document explains how to create, edit, tag, and manage notes from within the course player.
Getting Started
To get started, go to Products => View any product => go to the course player => scroll down any lesson, click Notes, and write your first note or click N.

Here, you can write as many notes as you like. The notes will be arranged from newest to oldest, depending on the filter you use.
Each note comes with a character limit of 1000, and for every note you create, you can pin, tag, edit, and delete it. There are three tags available: Important, Question, and Idea.

You can also use the filters available to load the notes. All to load all notes, Important, Question, and Idea for tagged notes, Bookmarks for your bookmarked notes, Pinned for pinned notes, This Lesson for notes under that lesson, and All Lessons for notes under the whole course.
Video Lessons
Notes created under video lessons come with timestamps, and you can only bookmark notes added to a video lesson. You can filter notes under video lessons according to their timestamps.

AI Summary and Flashcards
When you click the AI button, you get two options:
The Summarize Notes option will summarize the notes loaded in the lesson or the whole course with AI. This summary is automatically saved, but you can always regenerate it.

The Flashcards option will create flashcards based on the notes loaded in the lesson or the whole course. Flashcards are automatically saved, and you can regenerate them.
Note: The Summarize Notes and Flashcards buttons are per course, and not per lesson. This means that only one entry can be saved at a time for one course.
Export Notes
Clicking the export button will export the notes in different formats:
Download all notes: This will download all the notes in the course in CSV.
Copy: This will copy the notes in the lesson. But when you place the filter on "All Lessons," it will copy all the notes in the course.

Print/Save PDF: This will download the lesson notes as a PDF. But when you place the filter on "All Lessons," it will download all the notes in the course.
