How to use the Student Progress Matrix Dashboard

The Student Progress tab provides a detailed overview of how each student is performing across your courses. It allows you to quickly monitor completion rates, track individual progress, and review activity, all from a single, easy-to-navigate dashboard.

To get started, log in to your platform, click Admin => scroll down the side panel to Students, and open the drop-down => click Student Progress.

Here, you get an overview of all the students on your platform and your courses. You also get to see the status of each student under each course.

For groups, you also get to see the progress of your students under the courses you have assigned to the groups that they belong to.

Search Students

You can search for your students using the search button, either by searching for their names or their email addresses.

Filter according to courses and groups

Here, you can filter your students according to your courses or the groups you have added them to.

Note that you can filter according to more than one course or group, and you can use both filters at the same time.

Export CSV

You can export the CSV of the information on this page in totality. However, when you have any filters active, the export will only be based on the available information under the filter.

Progress Status

To better track the progress of your students, there are color codes attached to the status.

=> Blue indicates that they have not started the course.

=> Yellow means they are already taking the course.

=> Green means they are done with the course.

=> Gray means they are not enrolled in the course.

Note that these colors also come with percentage status reports under each course.

More Information

• Clicking the student's name or status color cube under each course will take you to the Student Details dashboard of that student.
• When you unenroll a student from a course, the student's activity under the Progress Matrix will be deleted. However, when you re-enroll the student in the course, his activity will start all over.
• When you remove a course from a group, delete a group, or remove a student from a group, all the activity related to your action will be removed from the Progress Matrix.
• Unless you manually assign a free course to a student, their activity on the free course will not be displayed here.
