Overview of the Analytics Orders Section

The analytics order section is where you will see the details of all the transactions that have taken place on your website according to transaction date, student's name, course title, payment type, payment gateway, and course/subscription price.

To review your orders, login to your website => click Analytics => Orders. For a new website without any transactions, below is the overview of the order page.

When students start making payments on your website, below are the steps you can take on the orders' page:

Step 1: View Order Details

To view each student's order details, click Analytics => Orders => click Details in front of each student or tap the student's name to view the order page of the student.

Under this page, you can see the date the student purchased the course/subscription, the student's email address, name, course/subscription title, payment type, payment gateway, price and transaction ID.

Depending on the payment gateway the student uses, the Stripe or PayPal transaction ID will lead to the student's payment page on your PayPal or Stripe dashboard when you click it.

Step 2: Export CSV

On the order page, you can export the CSV document of all the transactions that have taken place on your website. To do this, click Analytics => Orders => click Export CSV => choose your export method => and click Export.

You can export your CSV according to the payment types your student made (a single course, subscriptions, community plans, etc.), payment methods, amount of sale and transaction date. You can also export all the data on the order's page.

The exported document carries a longer version of your students' order details, as it includes the transaction date and time, transaction URL, each student's picture URL (for students who have their pictures uploaded in their dashboards), etc.

Step 3: Filter Orders

This has been designed to ensure that you can find the data you are looking for as soon as possible. To do this, click Analytics => Orders => click Filter => and choose your filter method => and click Apply.

You can filter your orders according to the transaction ID, student's name, student's email, payment type, amount of sale, and transaction date.

Step 4: Manage Student's Order Analytics

You can also manage each student's order from the manage students' screen. To do this, click Admin => Manage Students => Search for the student and click the student's name. When the student's dashboard is open, click View Purchases.

This will automatically enable a filter with the student's email address on the analytics page, and you would be redirected to only the student's order page.

Note: You cannot edit or delete a transaction from the Analytics Order Page.
